Harrisburg Chapter - American Guild of Organists

Greetings!

            As cathedral, church, and temple musicians, we are dependent upon music

            publishers and instruments makers as we go about our appointed task of

            making music.

            The Harrisburg Chapter of the American Guild of Organists will be hosting

            a Regional Convention in Harrisburg, PA, June 27-30, 2011.  Our region

            includes PA, DC, DE, MD, southern NJ, VA, and WV, and we are planning

            for 200 registrants.

            We are inviting you to come, set up an exhibit, and share your craft with us.

Advertisement Contract 

            The convention headquarters will be at the Hilton in downtown Harrisburg,

            accessible east/west by Amtrak from NYC/Pittsburgh and north/south by

            Route 81.

            In an effort to be as “green” as possible, the function agreement from the

            Hotel and additional documents will be sent under separate cover when

            your reservation is received.  Please note the additional savings on the

            Advertisement Options attached
